Sarah Shepard
Sarah brings over 10 years of experience in operational and strategic leadership, 7 years in the staffing industry and 5 years of sales, project management, and marketing. Sarah built her career through solving challenging operational, financial, and strategic business problems across organizational and international lines. In doing so, Sarah has been honored with receiving Delaware Business Times 40 under 40 Award. She is recognized for graduating from the Leadership Delaware Program. She also serves on the board of FosterWell, supporting children and families in the foster care system. She is passionate about her local community, servant leadership, and is a lifelong learner. Sarah’s hobbies include reading, fitness, volunteering and spending time with her family. Her certifications include; Personnel Consultant and a Certified Temporary Staffer through the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). She is also a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional through the Staffing Industry Analysts Association (ASA).
Project Manager
Emily Lucey
Emily brings over 6 years of experience in the financial industry, including project management, global program planning and fraud strategy expertise. Additionally, she earned her Masters degree in Cybersecurity, Bachelors in Digital Forensics, and Associates in Business Management & Accounting. She is certified in Fintech and Project Management. Her Hobbies include being a dog mom to Finley and Josie, hiking, reading, and volunteering at her local library.
Account Administrator
Scot Nordmeier
​Scot has over 4 years of experience in the banking and financial industry and 3 years in the service industry. His expertise includes economic research, business accounting, global regulatory compliance, and team management. He earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He holds certifications in Microsoft Office 365. His Hobbies include hiking, camping, music, and playing basketball and tennis with friends.

Nick Shepard
Nick brings over 6 years of experience in Information Technology Operations which includes Network Analytics and Data Security. He has managed IT Operations for over 450 end users. Nick is passionate about providing quality IT support to our customers. His hobbies include camping, fitness, building computers, and spending time with family and friends.
